Official Rules
2026 edition · Applications and voting: October 1–December 31, 2026 · Results: January 15, 2027.
1. Organizer and award
GO Vertical ICM, based in Delaware, presents a commercial Women’s Health Community Award. The primary winner is determined by valid paid votes, not a random draw or a scientific or investment assessment. The organizer’s full legal identity, address and contact details will appear in the launch particulars.
2. Who may apply and vote
Applications are limited to individual inventors and startups building an innovation specifically addressing women’s health. General innovations without a clear women’s health purpose are not eligible. Founders of any gender may apply.
All stages are eligible: idea or concept, research, proof of concept, prototype, preclinical development, clinical validation, regulatory review, launch and commercialization. A finished product, clinical evidence or regulatory authorization is not a condition of entry. Entrants must accurately distinguish aspirations, research findings and authorized uses; entry does not authorize the sale or clinical use of a product.
Applicants and voters must be at least 18 and meet any higher applicable age of majority. Representatives must be authorized to act for the entrant. International applications and voting are permitted only in the locations expressly enabled for this edition following legal and payment-provider review. Residence, business establishment and the location from which a transaction is made may affect eligibility. Sanctions, local restrictions and payment availability apply.
Do not bypass geographic or eligibility checks. A globally accessible website does not mean a paid entry or vote is available or lawful everywhere. The approved-location list and related-party exclusions must be finalized before checkout opens.
3. Automatic entry and your voting link
Complete the monday.com application form, including the required eligibility declarations and acceptance of these rules. The US$100 application payment includes one vote for your own entry. The payment and included vote count once, not as two paid units. Submitting a form alone is not a paid entry.
There is no preliminary merit judging. After successful payment and completion of required fields, GO Vertical ICM verifies the application payment and prepares the candidate profile manually, subject to verification of eligibility, identity, authority and content rights. A confirmation email identifies the entry; the applicant subsequently receives an individual GO Vertical website profile link for sharing. Supporters use the candidate-specific payment link on that profile without completing an applicant form.
Provide only material designated for public use. Keep your contact details current and report an incorrect or missing profile or vote by emailing info@goverticalicm.com.
4. Schedule and rolling participation
Applications and voting open October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST (UTC−5) and close December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (UTC−5). EST is the fixed time benchmark throughout the award period. Entries may join throughout this period; voting for an entry becomes available after its confirmation and profile activation.
Earlier entrants have more time to collect votes. Everyone shares the same closing deadline. Earlier entry, later entry or payment does not guarantee an award. Final verification is scheduled for January 1–14, 2027; the winner announcement is scheduled for January 15, 2027.
5. Paid voting and rankings
Each additional US$100 purchases one vote for the selected entrant. Multiple votes may be purchased. This is not a one-person-one-vote contest: the amount spent can affect the ranking. Purchasers must confirm the intended applicant and quantity before paying.
Only valid payments matched to an eligible entrant count. Failed payments, duplicate processing notifications, refunded or reversed transactions and established fraudulent payments cannot create valid votes. The organizer reconciles platform totals against transaction records; vote totals and standings are updated manually and display the latest update date, time and time zone. Public counters are not live and remain provisional until verification is complete.
Every two weeks during voting, the organizer will announce the top five positions based on provisional valid totals. These announcements do not eliminate anyone, confer finalist status or guarantee a prize. Every eligible candidate, including those outside the top five, may continue receiving votes until the deadline.
Payment fraud, impersonation, stolen credentials, unauthorized system access, fabricated payment records and interference with other entries are prohibited. Purchasing additional votes through the authorized process is permitted. Self-purchases beyond the included application vote, related-party purchases, any spending limits and payment-cutoff treatment must be settled in the launch particulars.
6. Winner selection and verification
The eligible entrant with the highest valid paid-vote total at closing is the primary winner, subject to payment reconciliation and eligibility verification. Verification may include proportionate identity, authority, rights, payment and tax documentation. Confidential verification information will not be posted on the voting profile.
A nonrandom tie procedure, winner response deadline and procedure for an ineligible or unresponsive leading entrant must be published before entry opens. No tie procedure may be invented after voting closes. Material corrections to provisional standings will be explained; participants will have the published opportunity to report errors and request review.
7. Cash award, Strategic Discovery and recognition
The primary winner’s guaranteed baseline cash award is US$5,000. GO Vertical ICM may announce increases during the campaign, up to US$25,000. The maximum is not guaranteed. A vote purchase does not promise a specific increase or a proportional contribution to the prize. Any publicly announced increase becomes part of the promised cash award and will not be withdrawn merely because later participation is lower than expected.
The primary winner also receives a Strategic Discovery Process valued by GO Vertical ICM at US$4,800, in addition to the cash award. Its US$4,800 service value is separate from, and is not deducted from, the cash award; it is not an additional cash payment. This is a noncash advisory service to assess the innovation’s current position, identify priorities and develop a practical roadmap for next steps. Its scope, deliverables, scheduling, completion window and any attendance requirements must be specified before launch. It does not guarantee funding, intellectual-property protection, clinical outcomes, regulatory approval or commercial success.
Participants receive recognition through presentation of their innovation within the GO Vertical network. The winner receives award recognition. No particular audience size, publicity value, investor introduction or business outcome is promised.
GO Vertical ICM reserves the right to recognize more than one winner. Additional award categories, selection criteria and benefits will be announced separately before selection in those categories. Additional awards do not reduce or replace the primary winner’s promised cash award or Strategic Discovery Process.
All amounts are US dollars. Recipient taxes are the winner’s responsibility, subject to required organizer reporting and withholding. Payout timing, permitted payment methods and any noncash-service restrictions must be stated before launch. No separate claim fee will be charged to receive an award.
8. Commercial disclosures
Application fees and voting payments are nonrefundable for change of mind, voluntary withdrawal, mistaken applicant selection, dissatisfaction with rankings or failure to win. Exceptions for applicable law, duplicate charges, undelivered participation and organizer cancellation are set out in the Payment & Refund Terms. Mandatory participant rights remain unaffected.
GO Vertical ICM retains revenue beyond the promised prize and benefits for operating costs and profit. Payments are not charitable donations, investments, equity purchases or promises of a financial return. The amount collected may substantially exceed the amount awarded. Payments do not purchase regulatory approval, scientific certification, clinical validation or guaranteed business introductions.
9. Public submissions and intellectual property
Entrants retain ownership of their intellectual property. By submitting a designated public profile, entrants grant the organizer a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, format and display that content to administer and promote this award, publish standings and announce results. Permission covers only submitted public content and approved names and images; it does not transfer ownership of the innovation. The duration and results-archive period must be specified before launch.
Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit confidential invention details, trade secrets, patient records, health histories or identifiable patient images. Public disclosure can affect patent rights. Use a nonconfidential summary and obtain appropriate advice before disclosing protectable information.
Describe stage, evidence and regulatory status accurately. Do not imply an idea or prototype is clinically validated or approved. Do not make unsupported treatment or safety claims. Entrants are responsible for lawful use of third-party content and consent for identifiable individuals shown in their submissions.
10. Integrity, interruptions and cancellation
The organizer may seek evidence, correct errors, remove invalid votes or suspend an entry for a documented eligibility, payment, rights or rules issue. Where practicable, the affected entrant will receive reasons and an opportunity to respond. Urgent action may be taken to address fraud, security or unlawful content. Decisions remain subject to applicable law and the published review process.
Technical problems do not automatically extend deadlines. Any necessary changes will be announced with reasons and applied fairly. Changes must not retroactively reduce promised benefits or remove nonwaivable participant rights. If the organizer cannot lawfully or fairly complete the award, affected payments will be handled under the Payment & Refund Terms. Additional awards are not a means to override the primary paid-vote result.
11. Privacy, complaints and applicable rights
The Privacy Notice explains public profiles, voting data, payment references, service providers and participant rights. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Contact the award support channel for eligibility questions, payment issues, suspected misuse or a review of an error. Nothing in these rules excludes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
A Delaware governing-law clause alone cannot displace mandatory protections in another jurisdiction. Governing law, competent courts and dispute procedures require review for the locations actually admitted. This draft does not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver.
12. Launch particulars still required
Complete before accepting entries or payments: full organizer legal name, postal address and working support/privacy contacts; effective date; approved applicant and voter locations and verification controls; entry limits and personnel exclusions; self-voting/related-party policy and purchase limits; settlement cutoff; tie handling and result-review windows; winner response and payout deadlines; Strategic Discovery scope and redemption conditions; content-license duration; refund administration; privacy retention and transfer safeguards; and governing-law provisions.
The previously considered minimum of 50 applicants has not been adopted in this draft. If a minimum is retained, publish its exact condition, deadline and refund consequences before anyone pays. No undisclosed minimum may defeat a promised prize.
Jurisdiction-specific legal review and written payment-provider confirmation for this exact paid-voting cash-prize model are required before activating checkout. These pages alone do not establish worldwide legality.
